Independent intensities, 0–5 — what the work is made of, not how good it is.

A 72-page booklet published by the Benedictine Community of Montreal in 1979. A note in the booklet says it contains the text of three cassette recordings by Dom John Main, and Laurence Freeman, Main's fellow monk and later his successor, is named in the record as a contributor. It is one of the first printings of the talks on meditation through which Main taught the practice to groups in London and Montreal.
