Our System of Doctrine

A booklet published in Philadelphia in 1942 by the Publications Committee of the Bible Presbyterian Church, the denomination formed in the 1930s division of American Presbyterianism, of which Schaeffer was the first ordained minister. It is listed among his early writings in the bibliography of the Francis A. Schaeffer Collection at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. It dates from his years as a pastor in America, more than a decade before he and Edith founded L'Abri in 1955.
