The third volume of Ellul's Éthique de la liberté, published in 1984 by Labor et Fides and Centurion. The first two volumes (1973–1974), translated together as The Ethics of Freedom, set out Christian freedom as the heart of his ethics; this volume continues the work, turning to the practice of freedom. It has not been translated into English.
