New Testament Textual Criticism: Its Significance for Exegesis
For For scholars and advanced students of New Testament textual criticism; not for general readers.
A volume of essays in honour of Bruce M. Metzger, the Princeton textual critic, edited by Eldon Jay Epp and Gordon D. Fee and published by Clarendon Press, Oxford, in 1981. The contributors are scholars of the text of the New Testament, and the theme announced in the subtitle is the bearing of textual criticism on exegesis. Fee co-edited it while teaching at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, in the years when textual criticism was still his main field.
