A book of about 150 pages published in 1964 by the National Methodist Student Movement, offering, as its subtitle says, a doctrine of the church for a renewing student movement. Oden had been active in the Methodist student movement in the 1950s, and the book belongs to that setting and to his early, pre-patristic period. Library records describe little of its contents, so nothing more is said here.
