One of the six volumes of Peterson's Praying with the Bible series, published by HarperSanFrancisco in 1993. Each day of the year has a short passage on the words and actions of Jesus, a brief reflection and a prayer. The series began with his revision of A Year with the Psalms as Praying with the Psalms.
